Welcome to Prime Therapy, Inc.

We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a licensed physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation, including medical and developmental history, physical exam, and functional screen. Once your child's care plan is created, it will be sent to your referring healthcare provider and insurance for authorization, if needed. We will then call you to schedule your follow-up appointments. From there, your PT will explain clinical findings, treatment plan and possible need for referrals. Initial evaluations last up to one hour with follow-up sessions lasting from 30 to 60 minutes.
